Phoebe and her team did an amazing job with our florals and day of coordination, from start to finish. We could not recommend them highly enough!

We came to Phoebe with a specific idea of what we wanted with the florals - for the flowers to look wild and as though they had grown around our props, not simply been placed there, and her team nailed it! Phoebe came back to us with a colour palette we hadn't considered, and it worked perfectly! We trusted her team to have free reign and do what they thought was best, and in the few areas we had something very specific in mind, they executed it just as we wanted.

The day of coordination went off without a hitch, and Phoebe expertly troubleshot issues as they arose, without us having to worry. Phoebe also just kept the day really light and added a lot of fun, which is exactly the energy you would hope for.

We had multiple of our other vendors tell us how impressive Phoebe was, with staying on top of and thinking of everything, and I think that is about as high praise as you can have.

Phoebe was the absolute best person we could have had as our on the day coordinator. From our first call she was so lovely and very easy to work with, she understood our vibe for the wedding instantly and we could see she really cared. We had an issue with our wedding venue 5 weeks before the wedding and Phoebe went above and beyond helping us organise another venue with such short notice. She was always available and made us feel comfortable. The day was perfect and we really enjoyed, thanks to her. We can't recommend her enough!!

Phoebe Marks was our coordinator and she was AMAZING! As your 'typical' groom, I was a little sceptical as to the need for a coordinator, though boy did Phoebe prove me wrong! We honestly do not know how the day would have run without her! Our venue also had 2 coordinators but Phoebe was the glue that held the day together! Having Phoebe as a coordinator meant we could enjoy our day and focus on the moment rather than worrying if the day would run smoothly! She has a warm genuine approach to her role and I would highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW!!! Phoebe you were INCREDIBE!!!

Where do we even begin. Phoebe had us at the forefront of her mind the entire time. The energy, attention to detail, kindness and above all else thoughtfulness that Phoebe had was second to none. We kept saying to ourselves "thank goodness we have Phoebe" throughout the night!!!

We would recommend Harper & Grace over and over again and if we were to do it all again, they would be the first to secure.

We cannot thank Phoebe enough and I am so incredibly relieved, happy and appreciative that Phoebe was there on our special day. Thank you so very much Phoebe - you are truly amazing.

I couldn't recommend Phoebe and her team at Harper & Grace Designs enough! Phoebe was our on-the-day coordinator (although it felt like so much more than that!) and she truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect. We had a number of consultations with Phoebe in the lead up to the day, and on a few occasions Phoebe called me up to check in with me, see how I was managing and offered not just practical support but emotional support during a stressful and overwhelming time. Phoebe understood my vision completely and made sure that it came to life on the day. I put my full faith in her and she absolutely delivered! Phoebe helped me manage my vendors, came up with with amazing design ideas, helped me troubleshoot issues as they arose and was the extra pair of hands and eyes everyone needs on their wedding day! Our day ran to absolute perfection and it was all thanks to her.

Phoebe is an absolute godsend! If you don’t have her for your wedding then what are you doing go and book her right now! She is an absolute dream to work with, she made planning and organising everything so easy, fun and stress free! She made our wedding look absolutely amazing and made our day run so smoothly, everyone was saying how amazing she was! I couldn’t highly recommend her enough, she helped make our wedding the absolute vibe it was! I am sad we can’t do this all the time because it was sooo much fun! Phoebe was so great to work with and we were so happy with our florals for our wedding! Several months before our wedding, I had a change of heart about our original reception floral design and Phoebe was so patient and enthusiastic with working through the new design with us. The florals were exactly what I had envisioned and we got so many compliments on them. I would definitely work with Harper and Grace again!

From start to finish Phoebe was an absolute delight to deal with. Phoebe along with her assistance ran a flower crown workshop for my sisters hens party. They were amazing, friendly, helpful and fun. Everyone who attended had a great time. I highly recommend Harper and Grace designs. Great bunch of people!!!
