Emma at The High Tea Mistress helped us with furniture hire for our small wedding in Apollo Bay. She really went above and beyond and assisted the boys in setting up and styling the venue on the morning when she came back for a second trip to drop off the remaining items we had booked. Thank you so much Emma, the couches in particular were a real highlight and Jay felt a lot of relief having some help with setting up the ceremony space. We will definitely book with you again!

Thank you "The High Tea Mistress" for your decadent high tea today. With Melbourne's current stage 4 lockdown it is so hard to organise a birthday treat so I am so grateful that I discovered your service. My other half was thrilled with the flowers and the whole luxury experience. The delivery was slightly early and the high tea was beautifully presented and delicious. Much nicer than a 5-star hotel high tea experience as you can keep any leftovers!

We booked the High Tea Mistress to farewell a colleague that is leaving to have a baby. She specifically requested a high tea experience. After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit nervous but the whole thing was smooth running and beyond our expectations. There was plenty of tea and food for everyone and our colleague and high tea connoisseur was very happy. Thank you for making our small event a sparkling success.

Great way to celebrate a special birthday for my wife and our immediate family and 2 close friends in an Igloo in a perfect sheltered setting in an orchard. We all enjoyed the delicious food and the service which was equal to a 5 Star hotel high tea. There was too much food for us on the afternoon and we were able to share and box up the remainder for later. A really wonderful experience and thoroughly recommend it.

For me, high tea has always invoked a sense of class and sophistication. A chance to get momentarily spoilt where your only effort is to look and feel your best.

Sadly that charm was lost at this establishment, not even the decadent and meticulous spread could sweeten the bitter disappointment in the service that marred the overall experience. I WISH MY PARTNER READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE HE MADE THE PURCHASE.

I generally choose not to post poor reviews. Instead I vote with my feet and never return. I was charged $160 for change of venue because the original venue (at the time the voucher was purchased) no longer existed. On top of that, the level of energy exerted to organise the day, the poor and sometimes zero communication (or purposeful avoidance) and the effort in recovering an unauthorised double charge to my credit card left me feeling swindled. I had to enlist the help of my banking institute to dispute the duplicate charge that mysteriously appeared on my statement on a date much later than when I originally paid. It was my bank that gave me the credit, not the business, as two months on I still had emails with no response.

Just had a fabulous afternoon celebrating my mums 70th birthday with a party of 5 people in the gorgeous upstairs pink parlour. Food was all delicious and a very lovely host who was attentive but also left us to our own celebrations. Highly recommend for a special occasion!

The grazing platter for two, easily would have served four, was amazing. Huge selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, crackers. All presented beautifully. The service from Emma was exceptional. Highly recommend
