3 years, 5 months and 9 days after purchasing the first steps to our home we have ground break. This by far has been the hardest emotions roller-coaster I have ever been on. What seemed like an endless battle with the council would not have been possible without the hard work from Leah and the girls at Inception Planning. Not only did they deal with all of the paperwork and communication with the council they dealt with me crying, scratch that sobbing on the phone with them as they told me the next drama thrown at us. However, I must say after speaking with Leah and hearing her plan for moving forward always made me feel better, knowing there were actions in place to get us through. From the time we asked Leah for a proposal, to head up our town planning application, it was clear she had taken her time to consider our design and develop a bespoke strategy to ensure the very best outcome for us.

Our project consisted of alterations and additions to a central, double brick, Victorian property in a heritage overlay. After so much effort in getting the design just right, the investment in an expert town planning consultant was an investment in ensuring our perfect design stayed perfect.

Leah applied her intimate understanding of Council’s requirements to remove unnecessary details from our documentation and mitigate the risk of objection.
