We cannot thank Bonnie enough for everything she did to make our special day possible. When we were initially planning our wedding, that a wedding coordinator was necessary. Bonnie was the first to come to mind and we are so glad and grateful for this.
Bonnie provided so much support, not only on our day, but the many days leading up to it. She answered the many panicked text messaged with calm and consideration. Bonnie had exceptional communication with our vendors, and all of our vendors spoke so highly of her professionalism, communication and coordination.
Bonnie is not only amazing at her job, she is so kind and fun, approachable, reliable, and knowledgeable.

From our very first meeting, we knew that hiring Bonnie at Gathered Events as our wedding planner & coordinator was the best thing we did for our big day!

It was always going to be a mission and a half to plan our wedding with a toddler keeping us very busy, so for this reason alone we were already keen.

As an individual, Bonnie presents herself professionally and friendly, making it super easy to get along with and work with her. She was always able to provide good recommendations and ideas where required at all times without hesitation or issues.

When our big day came, were both able to be completely present and focus on having the absolute time of our lives because Bonnie knew exactly what we wanted and handled it all for us.

Having Bon as our wedding planner was the best decision ever!!

She done numerous site visits, catch ups was very contactable for any questions that we had.
She communicated with all our vendors, created our run-sheet and made sure everything/everyone was set up correctly on the day. She took so much pressure off us which allowed Mitch and I to enjoy the day completely without any added stress.

Booking Bonnie was without a doubt one of the best wedding decisions we made!
We had a last minute change of venue to a private property and having Bonnie there in the lead up gave me the piece of mind that nothing was going to be missed or forgotten.
On the day Bonnie was invaluable. She did so much behind the scenes stuff to make sure that everything ran smoothly which allowed the bridal party to relax and enjoy the day. If you are having a private property wedding I would absolutely recommend booking Bonnie, she took care of everything including making sure we even had full glasses throughout the night! Bonnie is an absolute gem and was amazing from our very first conversation right through til after our wedding day!
Bonnie was very professional but had the best personality that made you feel as though we had been friends for a few years!
She listened to what we had wanted and envisioned with our plans and our setup and took them all on board and openly discussed whether some things were worth it or not. She was an open book and was always happy to receive an email with an idea or thought as they bounced around in my thoughts.
From all final confirmations and timings of our suppliers and entertainment, to timing run sheets and even on the day shopping for a few last minute items, she was working hard and always on top of it all!
The day of our wedding, she was on the go from the get go with setup, showing suppliers to where things are to be and where they need to setup, helping with the last minute rush of us girls getting ready, then all things ceremony, photos and then time to party with reception. She didn’t skip a beat and the marquee was absolutely stunning and setup as I had pictured! So many comments from our guests of how helpful she was!!
Bonnie is beautiful on the inside and out and I couldn’t have done this without her!
We had the most seamless day because of Bonnie and we are so thankful for her hard work!

I was told to get in contact with Gathered Events to help plan my wedding day in the Ballarat area. Living in Sydney with no connection to the region I thought - why not, contacted Bonnie and never regretted that decision.
Our day was PERFECTION and it was all thanks to Bonnie. Bonnie was an absolute delight. For a process that should have been stressful, it simply wasn’t. From the organisational help, along with her knowledge of caterers, the lead up felt like a breeze. On the wedding day we would have been lost without her - It’s crazy how many different things need organising, but she was on top of it all, even making a late night trip to get more champagne when we ran out! She was absolutely perfect for what we needed, and to top it all of, she is such a delight of a person. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough
