Alex was the perfect guide, really likeable guy with a wealth of local knowledge. Picked up from our apartment on time, plenty of food and convenience stops aswell as short visits to real beauty spots and Richmond. Hourglass bay lookout was a 40 min uphilll climb with lots of steps, the view at the top was breathtaking but Alex had a great back up plan for anyone not feeling up to the hike at a nearby lodge. He really goes out of his way to make sure everyone is catered for and enjoys the experience. Highly recommend.

The day trip was AMAZING! So many beautiful places, we saw differents animals, learned so much about the Tasmanian culture, and had great lunch at the Winery! I truly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to have a great day exploring Tasmania. Alex, you are incredible! Thank you for making my day memorable!

Alex was a great tour guide! We had the best day and got to see so many things we wouldn’t have seen if we tried to do it ourself. It was so easy and just enough time in each place to get a nice photo and take it in!
Make sure you wear decent walking shoes for the hike to wineglass bay lookout. It was so worth it but it’s definitely a decent trek with lots of rock steps!
Also don’t forget your motion sickness tablets if you’re not good on windy roads in a bus.
Absolutely recommend booking this tour!

Alex took us on a day tour of Eastern shore of Tasmania, which featured soaring views and jaw-droppingly beautiful coves. We covered wineglass bay overlook, Honeymoon bay, and Tourville. It was a great day capped off with a late lunch at Devil’s Corner winery. Alex was a great guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and patient.

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour with our friendly guide Alex who was also very flexible and patient for a couple of requests we asked of him.
We felt very safe and relaxed with his driving too.
Favourite part of the day was seeing the massive boulders and terrain on our hike up the mountain.
AMAZING!!
We are going to tell our friends to do the tour when they visit Hobart .
