Quite a few problems with these apartments:

1: Well after the check-in time I had still not received any check-in information including room number or key code. I had to chase this up myself, which was unfortunate as the destination was a secret surprise for my partner.

2: Upon arrival at 8:30pm, the room was not powered up. We had to track down the after-hours manager to come to the property and flick a switch on the circuit board so we could have lights and power.

3. Afternoon on day 2 of our 2 night stay, we heard a beeping at our door and it was another guess letting themselves into our room. "Oh sorry, we have been given room 9 as well". This 'administrative' error was particularly disappointing, as our family with 2 young children felt violated and unsafe.

Definitely won't be staying again should we ever return to St. Helens.

Emily who manages the property is wonderful and the property is ideal for travellers. Comfortable rooms, with plenty of heating and downstairs does great coffee and breakfast. A wonderfull place to stay, wish we had stayed longer

Forget about these apartments they aren't. Kitchen is a cupboard with a small microwave but then where do you eat and then there is no washing up excepting in the small bathroom. Luxury 11 watt lamp in room miles from any plug. Childrens chairs in the luxury room. No view. Luxury they said. The Web pictures don't tell the story. Then you have to park in the street. Luxury? Since when was a keyless checkin luxury? LOTS of marketing speak here.

Fantastic place, super clean, and just beautiful.
The room was perfect and very comfy and quiet, room 8 the way to go, no veiw but not needed, would go back just to stay there. And the coffee shop downstairs is just wonderful

Absolutely fantastic accommodations! The room was impeccably clean, the bed was luxuriously comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessities. We particularly appreciated the seamless contactless entry process, and the instructions provided were clear and straightforward. Without a doubt, we would happily choose to stay here again in the future.

We specifically looked for a room with a kitchen, but a bar fridge, jug and sandwich toater don't really make a kitchenette.

The room was very clean, big and modern and the contactless entry worked well. The location is good and the internet is very good. However, there is no secure or dedicated parking, the "free parking" was on the street. Our room had very little natural light, making it a bit dingy with no view of any kind and not very appealing for spending much time in.

For an "apartment" I would have expected a bigger area and more than just a small shelf with a microwave and a sandwich toaster for preparing food. There's no sink, any washing up would have to be in the small basin in the bathroom. I wouldn't call it a kitchenette.

It's alright for one night, but I wouldn't recommend spending more than that here
