I went on the Tasmanian Safaris canoe tour of the Tamar river, it was amazing!

The guide was very helpful and friendly. The day was a little cold but sunny and beautiful - and paddling through the natural beauty of the Cataract Gorge was quite breathtaking.

The canoes were pedal-powered and went back and forward (instead of round and round like a bicycle) which was a surprise at first, but the canoes were very easy to manoeuvre and not too taxing to operate.

A gentle and thoroughly enjoyable experience!

Aran was a great guide! Very informative too. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Launceston to give this a go. The ride is relaxing with foot pedals that are easily adjusted to height. There are single or double kayaks available. The trip takes you into cataract gorge. Certainly one of our highlights of our trip here! Thank you Aran

We went for a 90-minute Kayak tour with Kezya and Aren on the Tammar River today and it was absolutely beautiful. We had a peaceful and lovely morning. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Launceston. You get to see the Gorge and also the Tammar river and the beautiful neighbourhoods.

What a way to see the wilderness of Tasmania! Our guide Aran was excellent. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. 5 days discovering the West Coast, fantastic walks, incredible food, canoeing,wildlife,even some fishing. All added up to an unforgettable holiday with a small personal group that had fun. Thank you once again for a holiday that will never be forgotten.

Went on this amazing and beautiful tour today. Such an easy way to experience cataract gorge and the river. Easy to use the peddle kayak and even went in my jeans and didn't get wet. Thanks for such a great tour
