Following our most recent experience of falling ill whilst in Thailand, Baden was helpful and efficient in reorganising flights and transfers and guided us through our Cover-More travel insurance claim (which was fully paid out).

The service from this agency is thorough, professional and very helpful. I have been dealing with Launceston Travel and Cruise Centre for a number of years and would not go anywhere else. I much prefer it to online booking options. Philip, the senior travel consultant took great care with arranging my flights and booked quality hotel accommodation.

Thank you Baden for your tips and help with booking our recent trip through the Campania, Puglia and Bascilicata regions of Southern Italy. There were some issues but they were sorted before our departure so things went as planned and we had an interesting and fun journey. So many new experiences, photos, stories and lovely memories! Very disappointed. Booked everything for March 2024 (flights , accommodation and breakfast and the transfers) to make our trip go smoothly in a foreign country . The worst part was the transfers from the airports and to wasn’t there and we have to grab a transports and pay again to get to our destinations. Then the breakfast that we must have each time going overseas is very important to us and again was not there , very very disappointed, the worst trip we ever had in our life .

My husband and I chose LT&CC to book a holiday in Italy this past September. It was the first time we had visited Italy. All travel connections were expertly handled by LT&CC. This included our overnight stay in Melbourne, travel insurance and as we arrived one day before the tour began LT&CC organized our extra night in Rome. We chose the Best of Italy 13 day Conducted Coach Tour. It delivered all the places mentioned in the brochure and more. The Tour Director was Italian but spoke English fluently, and went out his way to make us feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. The accommodation was of a very high standard with a rating of 4 or 4.5 stars. The tour company we chose was Trafalgar, because we recognised that they had been in the business for over 50 years. The planning was so evident as when we rolled up for an inspection of the Vatican in Rome or any event, our group of 48 people went straight to the head of the queue. We can highly recommend LT&CC and Trafalgar Tours to anyone thinking of travelling overseas. Lorraine and Rodney Gowland.
