Jeff was absolutely amazing. His brochure focuses on wine tours and Canberra city tours. I called on the hope he would be available last minute for a drive and guide to Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve. We, a group of three, one w mobility challenges, wanted to leave our Canberra hotel at 6:30am to arrive at the Reserve when they opened at 7:30am. This would provide the best chance of seeing platypus. He was available and our good luck charm because we saw one!! We also booked an hour or so around Canberra after our return from the Reserve. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and a lot of FUN. Highly recommend!! Would definitely use him again!!

Oh, what can I say, other than our tour exceeded our expectations by 101%!
Jeff is a terrific guide with a vast and deep knowledge of all things Canberra and government workings. As two ex-DFAT employees way back in the 1970s and 1980s, Jeff was the perfect person to point out the differences since we’d last been there. If we’d fluffed around visiting all the landmarks ourselves and, most special for us, the old and new parliament houses, we’d have missed so so much that Jeff pointed out and explained. He was respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. He even pushed me around in a wheelchair without a murmur or banging into walls or doors. Despite the rain, he made the most of our time by bringing to notice so many landmarks, sculptures, notable and historic buildings, that it was like discovering Canberra all over again. He finished by taking us to a high enough point for an overall view of the city, whilst keeping us under the cloud cover. His remarkable knowledge, imparted with humour and warmth, has left us with a memorable tour from the comfort of his huge truck (or whatever it was). Thanks heaps, Jeff.

A perfect private personal half day tour for sightseeing in Canberra.

This was an outstanding tour, arranged at very short notice. Jeff, the guide -- who prior to his retirement held a senior post in the administration of the Australian Parliament (to the level of ministerial aide) - provided a highly informed, lucid and up-to-date 2-hour guided tour of a far higher quality than most guides in my experience do.
Very highly recommended!
