Ben tailored our 4 day tour perfectly to suit our groups interests, with an expert balance of hikes in the morning and wineries/distilleries in the afternoon. We explored and learnt so much more than we could have ever achieved on our own.

Thanks Ben for an awesome experience and showing us your backyard! You nailed the four days with different walks that immersed us with stunning scenery then rewarded us with tasty lunches. Finishing each day with tastings at distilleries and wineries that had stunning views and characters sharing their stories.
You showed us your favourite spots and told us stories about the history of each location and also your childhood memories. Your passion and knowledge of nature and Tasmania is contagious. We were so lucky to have you guide us and make us feel special!

I fell in love with the town from the moment I step down to Hobart airport. I approached Ben 1 - 2 months prior to our trip to Tasmania in order to plan properly as we have young kids. He was very patient to give suggestions, advice and accommodated our requests for our tight schedule. Ben tried to make the most out of our time, bringing us to nice places such as Mount Wellington, Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, Botanical Garden, Chocolate shop, etc. and explained in details each and every place. My kids who are usually shy to be in a big tour with many people did enjoy this private tour with Ben a lot because they could be themselves and enjoy the places at their pace. We were impressed and felt warm with Ben's wide knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. We will definitely go back to Tasmania to visit the other places with Ben, especially Bruny Island which is his signature tour. We will also recommend Ben to our friends. Big Thumbs up!

Don't book with a ship tour!! Email Ben to craft your day in a private vehicle. Do what you want, for how long you want, and when you want. NO COACH involved. Ben is super friendly and really knowledgeable of Hobart and the surrounding area. He picked out a perfect lunch place too!! Did I mention he is funny too. Don't hesitate book with Ben for the best of Hobart.

My friend and I had a fantastic full day wine tour with Ben. Ben had excellent knowledge of the region and wineries, proving plenty of commentary between stops. We couldn’t be happier with the winery selections, which included Derwent Estate, Pressing Matters, Pooley’s and Every Man and His Dog.
Ben also took the time to speak to all the guests on the tour and always made sure everyone was happy and well looked after.

We did an overnight tour on Bruny Island with Ben/Adventure Trails Tasmania, and it was fantastic in every respect. Ben communicated with us extensively before our tour to make sure we'd see everything we wanted to see and to get an idea of how we wanted to pace our time on Bruny Island. He planned a complete range of experiences for us, from oysters to trails to time on the coast. He was a pleasure to work with and a complete delight as a tour guide and traveling companion.
