I was in the process of planning a destination wedding in Greece, which was becoming a lot harder than I had anticipated, when I saw Dear Leone's post that they were going to be in Europe with Form Floral Design. I sent an enquiry and it was the one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process (right next to deciding to do an intimate destination wedding in the first place). The second I spoke to Gee and Rach, I knew we had to lock them in!

Having Gee on board immediately made me relax as I knew she understood our vision of what we wanted the wedding to be, and I had complete trust that she would create something incredible. She kept me updated during the process, and was very mindful of our budget sending through different options, and creating a beautiful design brief while also giving me space to make some creative decisions myself.

As the bridesmaid / friend who's usually running around the entire day doing the flowers and pulling my loved ones weddings everything together, I really appreciated the experience of being able to relax on my own wedding day and be present in the moment - and that is all thanks to Gee! She was in the background setting everything up and making sure everything went smoothly. She truely went above and beyond her job description!

Gee pours love into every single decision and detail, and her creative style is completely unique. She perfectly combined contemporary Australian style with Mediterranean elements to suit the surroundings - something that was extremely important to me. We could not be happier and would not change a thing about our wedding.

We spotted Gee’s work from Instagram and our whole concept changed. Planning an interstate elopement (which wasn’t even on the cards) was made so seemless and easy with Gee on board. As a very indecisive person, Gee somehow made sense of my vision and curated the most flawless day. We truely couldn’t have wished for more.. All of the vendors recommended and facilitated by Gee were top notch and we would have struggled to find the same without her. To say the day was perfection would be an understatement.

Where do I even begin with this absolute gem of a human!? From the very first second we connected and booked Gee in as our stylist, planner & coordinator it was simply just so easy. She is a breath of fresh air, a creative like no other who you can feel 100% confident in with the fact that she has your back and genuinely cares about your wedding being your version of perfect as much as you do.

Gee's organisation & attention to detail is second to none, her communication was always amazing even during the peak of the wedding season. Gee listened to our wants and needs through the entire planning process, offered so much support and guidance and dealt with a lot of our creative vendors on our behalf so that everything would feel cohesive on the day. She took all of the little logistical things off our plate so we didn't feel overwhelmed about what we needed to do. I feel like I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted visually, but couldn't pinpoint it, so to have someone like her listen to our ideas & run with it to make it happen, as well as offer her own expertise with our floral/design/styling all in one was just so valuable to us.

So when the lead-up & planning is all on point, you know you're in for a good wedding day, and was it ever!! We did not have to think one bit on our wedding day - it was so seamless, organised, all the vendors knew what they were doing because of Gee and we had the time of our lives. Everything looked incredible (of course!), we were blown away by our floral and styling when we saw it, so above and beyond our expectations!! The Dear Leoni team were 'on' all day too, moving things around as needed in different areas, keeping an eye on our crazy weather we were thrown so we didn't have to think about moving things around ourselves, the attention to detail did not stop and we couldn't believe how effortlessly they transitioned all the different spaces of our wedding from Welcome Drinks to Ceremony to Reception, as well as arranging items for different moments like a champagne tower, speeches & dancing. I feel so confident to say that our experience with Dear Leoni was perfect!

Any couples planning your wedding, do yourself a favour & hire Gee to work her magic for your wedding, she was one of the best decisions we made and would recommend her a thousand times over to everyone!

Gee and the team at Dear Leone were absolute life-savers. Their ability to craft a stunning vision from our mismatched ramblings was a godsend. They delivered us a stress free, interstate wedding with 70+ guests and allowed us to genuinely enjoy the process of planning (something we thought impossible when we had previously tried).

Because of Gee, we were able to source amazing vendors who were previously unavailable on our day or who lived interstate. Her reach, expertise, and connections within the industry (particularly in Hobart) are evident for all to see.

Throughout the day, both vendors and guests only had glowing things to say about Gee, her organisation, and her vision. The word 'perfect' gets thrown around a lot but there is truly no other word applicable! Gee had a huge hand in creating one of the best days of our lives and we will always be grateful.
