Got completely scammed as we booked an hour of bubble soccer in Berlin. Per the description, we were supposed to play in a regular futsal pitch, with 10-12 bubbles (as we were a group of 12), with shower facilities.

As we got there, we were told we were supposed to play in a public park, amongst families, on a disconnected ground, just 8 bubbles (a couple of which deflating) and of course no showers.

We tried to contact the agency but obviously nobody answered.

Cherry on top, we sent an email complaining about our experience and the fact that what the website said did not match the reality, and this morning they had changed the description of the activity on their website accordingly.

Again, they're trying to scam us after we've asked for a refund, saying that since we've played we are not entitled to ask for it, even though we didn't not even touch the bubbles and we did not play at all, sure that these people would operate this way.

If you're thinking about bubble soccer, steer clear.

I don't like to give bad reviews. But this is more a fraud than a service. In the picture you can see the football pitch with dogs and kids around. Very unprofessional and dangerous for the people in the park. At the end we did not play to avoid legal consequences. Never again.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE
We booked a bubble soccer experience for 12 person to be inside a facility on a proper futsal pitch with showers.
But instead we found us in the middle of a public park among families with kids, supposed to play in a park full of holes and broken bottles glass with just 8 bubbles inflated 5 minutes before, and a couple of them were deflating already.
In simple words: IT’S A SCAM. Don’t even bother to book.

Overall 5* service. I was tasked with organising a stag in Hamburg in 7 days and during Covid! Marcel was great from the start, very prompt, clear and precise. He was able to gather the required information, pricing and availability within hours and I was in a position to book the activities within a couple of days. The pricing was the same as I was getting from UK companies but I felt more confident having an agent based in Germany. One thing also to point out Marcel was very flexible with requests and assisted to help the client as much as possible. For example we were nervous that Germany might be shut down and we would lose our money, Marcel was happy to change the companies cancellation /refund policy to protect the client and gave us an extended payment plan and cancellation. No other company offered this...Overall if your going to Germany for a stag or event go with Marcel / Adrenalin City.

Me and my stag party used this company recently for the Bubble Football event. Unfortunately, for the money we spent it was VERY poorly organised. The reprensentative form the company who supervised us was extremely poor and did nothing to make it even slight special... he just stood on the sidelines and stayed quiet while we played. he didn't tr to referee, to get people involved, and in the end it just felt pointless.

In the end we spent more time playing 5-a-side football on another pitch than we did playing bubble football, and it amounted to a disappointing experience. This company really needs to focus more on the customer service aspect of it's business instead of just taking the money and then seeing their obligations as fulfilled.

IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE ADRENALINE CITY.

WARNING : May 15, 2022 FRAUD - SCAM

Our yesterday's reservation was a huge scam.

First of all, there was no football pitch and where we were supposed to play was in the middle of Volkspark Heisenheide, with holes and broken glass on the ground, among families with kids with high risk of hurting us and them.

Second, there were only 8 bubbles instead of 10/12 as per the reservation. Moreover, couple of them were deflating with tape on them.

Third, there was no facilities to shower as described in the link.

Last but not least, this morning they changed activity's description !!!!! attached you can see a screenshoot from yesterday evening and one from this morning: they added statements like "( if indoor)" or modified few parts of it.
Disgusting.

Stay away from this event creator!

WARNING: FRAUD

I'm sorry to write this, but Adrenalin City is kind of a fraud.

They sent a guy from a completely different company, who didn't know anything about them and didn't know what to do.

Result: no organization, no services and a completely different (and worse) experience from what we've planned and paid.

They took our money and left us with nothing.

We're asking for the refund but they're trying to find all kind of excuses.

After paying 50 euros per person for one hour of Bubble football, we were left very disappointed...amateur organisation with a guide who did nothing alert from take a group photo at the end (as we were a Stag group, an important day right?)...well, that one group photo taken by the guide then mysteriously went missing when I asked for it some days later. So much potential, so little effort.
