Absolutely recommend The Traveling Wedding Planner! They planned everything from A-Z for our Fantasy/Lord of the Rings themed wedding. They connected us with all the vendors and made sure everything stayed right on track, all with positivity and encouragement. Since a lot of the guests were coming from abroad, we had last minute cancellations due to COVID and they made everything super seamless to accommodate for this. I am extremely happy with the service provided and I would definitely recommend any of my friends (and you!) to use them to plan their wedding.

Also noting that my wedding was themed and they made everything catered to that theme. That said, I know they also do more traditional weddings and everything in between so they are able to help many types of couples.

My wedding day was stress-free, super fun, deeply memorable, and meaningful. I will remember that day for the rest of my life and have my planners to thank for that!!

Truly a five-star experience from beginning to end. If you can book them, do it and don't wait! After the first call I had with Nina and Suus I knew that they wouldn't only be amazing wedding planners, but also great friends. They planned our wedding of roughly 100 people in Puglia and they made it, without a doubt, the most memorable weekend of our lives.

They were on top of every single detail, from coordinating with the venue about food, drinks and decor to working with third-party vendors to help us secure the best rates and make sure everything went smoothly. They were also just so incredibly fun and made the natural stress of the wedding planning into a joyful chaos that we really embraced. We felt like we were in the best hands possible throughout the entire experience. They really care about how you are feeling during the process, not just getting the job done and have a real creative spirit and great suggestions and recommendations when it comes to decor, vows, run of show, etc. You can tell they love what they do and that is so important. I love these women so much I could write 5 more paragraphs, but I will just end by saying if you have the chance to work with Nina and Susanna (and the rest of their lovely team), do so immediately, you won't regret it.
