Both my wife and I thought for sure we would be able to plan and execute our wedding day by ourselves, but it was soon obvious that in conjunction with work and other things going on, it would be too much for both of us. Plus, it was short notice for a wedding, only about 6 weeks to plan and execute. So, the solution was to find a wedding planner that could take off some of the pressure. My wife found Hillianthe from Event Planning Agency and immediately felt a connection. From the first on-line meeting (we were about a 2.5 hour drive from her business) there was immediately a click between us and we could tell that she would do her best to make our day very special and stress free.

Her organizational skills are impeccable. Through meetings and discussions she ensures she not only understands the technical details, but also the character and mood of here clients. She is willing to take on everything, including the coordination of the different vendors, from the venue to the smallest details like pens for signing the guest book, nothing is too big or too small. If you wish to organize something yourself, she will step back and only take on what you want her to, but always be there to advise. Her clients are King and Queen. It was amazing.

But the real proof of her skill is the fact that almost every guest that we talked to all raved about how efficient our wedding planner was and how they all enjoyed their day with us. This was a direct result of Hillianthe's efforts. We had some guests with very special dietary requirements and Hillianthe's coordination ensured that all these requirements were met. These guests all were impressed that their meals and snacks were on the same level in quality, presentation and taste as all other guests, ensuring that they did not feel left out or, sometimes even worse, standing out.

I can definitely say that anyone who works with Hillianthe will not be dissappointed. My wife and I were able to thoroughly enjoy our day without worry while Hillianthe worked behind the scenes to ensure that our special day was really OUR SPECIAL DAY!

Hillianthe was de ceremoniemeester tijdens onze sprookjes bruiloft in Kasteel Engelenburg deze zomer. Wij hebben ons draaiboek, de decoratie en onze ideeën aan haar overgedragen en zij heeft deze tot in perfectie uitgevoerd. Ook tijdens alle voorbereidingen merkten wij hoeveel kennis Hillianthe heeft en kon zij ons goed helpen de juiste keuzes te maken. Nog steeds denken mijn man en ik terug aan onze bruiloft, die Hillianthe van EPA mogelijk heeft gemaakt. Een bruiloft zonder stress, waar alles natuurlijk verliep. Waar alleen maar blije gezichten waren, een dag waar geluk en liefde zichtbaar aanwezig waren.

Op 14 februari jl. heb ik mijn partner verrast met een private dining bij ons. Alles verzorgd en tot de puntjes geregeld door Hillianthe van EPA. Wij hebben een super romantische, heerlijke en gezellige Valentijnsdiner gehad. Onze woonkamer zag er prachtig uit, ik denk en kijk nog regelmatig terug aan die perfecte avond.

Wij kijken met veel warme gevoelens terug op een geweldige dag. EPA, Hillianthe heeft mij een onbezorgde 40ste verjaardag bezorgd. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Van uitnodigingen, aankleding van het evenement tot heerlijke hapjes en entertainment. Ook bij een kledingwissel stond zij paraat om te zorgen dat ik weer stralend op mijn viering stond.
