Can't remember the volunteer's name upon our recent revisit to Pirie to see SHAKKA durning the school holidays, but the lady was quite informative, and I spoke with her about when I used to live in Pirie when I was younger. ( since I moved to Adelaide 13 yrs ago. ) we had a great chat about local journalist Des Parker. I recommend any tourist or past visitor to experience not only the SHAKKA exhibit but if you would like any Pt. Pirie history.
