If there was zero stars I would gave them zero stars, they have poor services even the most unreliable man, you can't trust him one bit. He will take your money and not do your work. He just wants to take the money. i would not recommend this agent really poor service. I would never go to them again

I wish there was a 0 star as well so I could give him that he is careless and do not care about your flights at all I wanted to cha Ge dates of the flight and when I call the company they told me to have the travel agent change it and now nor he picks the call up nor he sees my messages

provided me with fake visa that could have led to jail time in an unprotected overseas country. big mistake to choose this agent. i have complete proof of him providing me fake visa to travel to an unprotected overseas country. worse decision to book flight tickets and apply visa through this agent. many of his clients have experienced this through his careless work and at times forcing people in situations where they have to pay no needed payment amount.

Worst place. Rude behaviour from the representative. It will give you very low exchange rate and also fees will be higher. Dishonest person. Don't go there. Behaviour define his family and origin. Owner is seems like murky. Boat people ?

The business owner is very unprofessional and unreliable with poor customer service skills. Booking my flight ticket through his agency was a big mistake. If you want to have a hassle free travel avoid him at any cost.
