Spotlessly clean apartments a few mintues drive from the town centre. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Stayed for 2 nights and would definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Penola. Booking the room was a breeze and the check in process was so simple as there really wasn't one, Cate texted me to give me intructions on what to do on arrival and it was that easy. Bikes are available to travel into town if you don't want to drive. Great place.

I want to share my experience at a comfortable, pet-friendly place where I stayed with my two cats a few months ago. I was too busy to leave a review at the time, but this place was lovely. The owner was incredibly helpful, and their dog and cat were very friendly toward us, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

I will definitely be back and stop there when we visit Adelaide from Melbourne!

The apartments are a 15 minute walk from the town centre on the road entering from the north. We were able to arrange easy check-in and check-out. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Well appointed and warm (we were there in winter). It is very convenient to the town and the town is very convenient to the great wineries.||The only (slightly) down side was water pressure in the bathroom which may be a Penola issue - there is also an incredibly heavy bathroom door.||Really happy with our choice.

Beautiful Spa Apartment , spotlessly clean & very private & comfy. We sadly were only there for the night, but will definitely come back again & stay longer. Everything you would need is in the apartment if you wanted to self cater. Off street car parking right outside.

Nice comfortable rooms. Very clean. Happy that we were able to bring our dog. Good communication with the owner re checking in and out.

If passing through Penola-Coonawarra for business or pleasure, highly recommend self-contained homely apartments. Massive living space(s) including bathrooms with added touches like overhead heaters! And wonderful bed linen and pillows to achieve a good night sleep.

What a lovely surprise this accommodation was. Large, well thought out room. Good bathroom, comfy bed and even real milk in the fridge. As you would expect the room was spotlessly clean. Great location just a moderate walk into the main street for food and drinks. Checking in and out was seamless and although we didn't have much to do with Cate she was very friendly and helpful. We will surely stay again when next in the Coonawarra.

Nicely appointed apartment close to township.|Lounge was very comfortable and bathroom really nice.|After hours check in was easy.|We were a bit surprised by the quality of the property.|Nice communal BBQ area - something like you would have in your own home with a firepit ready to go all loaded up.
