Went on the Vivid cruise, bucketing down rain, 95% of Vivid display not switched on but had an absolute blast dancing the night away to the DJ. Staff amazingly friendly, food hot and delicious. Would definately go again.

Rude staff, not worth it. It seems like the staff were having their own party and not interested in their jobs. They spoke to the guests like we were children on a school trip. They warned us that smoking and vaping were absolutely forbidden on board and condescendingly told us that we could wait an hour and a half to smoke … however I saw one of them going to the staff area outside the boat to vape. The main security guard and the lady behind the bar were the worst.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Firstly the cruise location was changed on the day (Last night of Vivid Sydney). A mid aged guy (who sounded like he owned the boat) yelled at my face when I walked towards him to ask if it was the right cruise & my ticket was correct. He was rude & yelled out to my face that I need to grab a paper ticket. He then made big hand gestures & aggressively asked to leave. When me & my friends got the paper tickets (which apparently are for drinks not to get on the cruise) he refused to grant me entry & said my friends could go because I called out his ridiculous arrogant behavior and he couldn't take it. The other male staff asked us to leave without offering a refund.

Hosted my 21st with the team! Had such an amazing time & service on the day, with everyone very happy with the event (including great food!). Chris was great to communicate with and organised everything! Easiest event with great views as well. Highly recommend

Very worst experience. Rude staff. They mentioned free drink but they don’t serve. Not recommended at all. So please don’t waste your money. Very bad experience.

This was the best Christmas party ever. We went for work Christmas party. Chris and his team was amazing. 4 hour party cruise was just wonderful. We compared with other businesses and this was the most affordable and fun experience. I’ll recommend my friends and family and will upload photos soon ?
