I just wanted to share my experience with Stillwell Hyundai Ingle Farm here, I just picked up my first brand new car - and Raj made the process so seamless! Never felt any pressure from them, and they made the choosing process very enjoyable and fun! We had so much fun actually driving different car models. Raj was always attentive and answered all my questions as well as making an effort to get to know me and my partner! It felt like the whole team were so passionate in making sure people get the right cars for them! It was a really welcoming environment to walk into, I’m really glad I decided to stop in on a whim. Had been looking at the Tucson for a while and decided to visit the showroom for a closer look. Spoke to Sarah who was excellent from the start. Ended up doing a deal the same day and picking up the car the following week. Very professional throughout the sales process with no pressure and also a very comprehensive delivery\handover. Can definitely recommend this dealership.

I took my car in due to an issue, but they couldn’t find the problem and charged me $200 just for the inspection. They mentioned it might be a sensor issue, so I asked them to go ahead with the repair. They said they would look for the parts and get back to me the next day, but I never heard from them. I called again, and they checked once more, promising to get back to me within 20 minutes, but once again, no response.

The male employee at the service desk was extremely rude. I was already feeling uneasy due to the car issue, and instead of reassuring me, he kept telling me to wait and said they would contact me, which they never did. I find this kind of service unacceptable. I am not receiving this service for free; I politely inquired about the booking and parts, but I got no response or call back. This place is just a waste of time.

Absolutely first class service. After having terrible experiences with other dealerships these guys were brilliant. Leigh was amazing, did everything possible to assist us and have our new car delivered within a week. It was a great experience having excellent customer service. highly recommend Hyundai Ingle farm and Leigh as one of the best in the business. We are so thrilled with our new I30 elite sedan, the customer service, the timely manner in which our car was ready with full leather treatment. Made our new car purchase a memorable experience. Wouldn’t give deposit back to me after they sold me a car that I could not insure in my name. They then tried to tell me to sneakily insure it in someone else’s name and to list myself as an authorised driver. Talk about dodgy!!

I’m not asking for much back. Just my 500 deposit that was subject to finance which I can no longer get. Nice to know these people will take you through the wringer if you’re doing it tough. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are much better dealers around.
