I can’t explain it any other way than my wedding day was an absolute dream that I wish I could relive a million times over - thanks to Christine! My husband and I worked with Christine for a full year of planning from start to finish and Christine made me feel at ease and comfortable the whole way through. I am a Type A person and Christine entirely wiped my stress away because I knew she was on top of everything. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Christine right now!! We had reached out to a few other coordinators and after we got off our discovery call with Christine, we quickly agreed that she was the perfect fit for us. Our venue was a "blank canvas" venue meaning they don't provide anything and it's up to you to do everything yourself, so we were planning on taking on several DIY projects. Christine never made us feel uncomfortable or awkward about our plans for doing a lot of the design for the space ourselves. She gave so much helpful input on the logistics and flow of the day which was paramount in making our day a success - we threw a ton of moving parts at her and she handled it all like the absolute professional she is.

When we say we could not have brought the day together without Christine, we truly truly mean it.

On the day of, we had a few wardrobe malfunctions and Christine was always there (without needing to be asked I might add) with her emergency kit ready to help so we could get back to enjoying the night. She was such an amazing presence to have around on our wedding day and made us feel so confident that things would be taken care of.

Working with Christine was a dream! Our wedding planning journey started at the beginning of 2022 from NY as we were about to move to San Diego, CA in a few months. Our wedding was supposed to be that summer. The night Christine and I had our first phone meeting we found out we were pregnant! Plans quickly changed and the wedding was to be moved to summer 2023.

Being new to SD, Christine played a pivotal role in finding a venue, photographer, and everything in between. She was always available to answer my questions or concerns. It never felt like we were placed in the back burner. We were a priority!

On our wedding day, Christine was so incredibly attentive to everyone’s needs. She jumped in to help with the baby so everyone could have dinner. While the baby was fussy, she offered to hold her for us as well. She was amazing in every way possible.

Our dreamy wedding day would not have been made possible without Christine!

We signed up with Christine of Threshold Event Co. for month of coordination and decided to go with her option for styling as well. From the first vendor call she set up I knew we had made the right decision! She was a huge help throughout the planning process and helped us design the wedding of our dreams within our budget. It almost felt like consulting a friend who happens to be very good at weddings 🙂 Christine and her team were the perfect mix of laid back and keeping us on track to have everything done in time. Liz was our day of coordinator and kept everything (and everyone) running on time even when last minute rain thwarted our outdoor dinner. We don't plan on needing a second wedding but would hire Christine and her team again in a heartbeat!

Christine was AMAZING! She was professional, punctual, a good communicator and all around great coordinator. We hired her for month of coordination and she was so so helpful with handling all the little things that we wouldn't even think to do. We had a backyard wedding with a bunch of personal decor items and Christine and her assistant did a beautiful job of setting up everything with attention to detail and also helped in making sure all of our items were back in the house after the event which was a massive help. The day was absolutely magical, everything we wanted and more! Big thanks to Threshold for bringing it all together for us!

I had the pleasure of playing music at a wedding that Christine coordinated at Hilton Bayfront in downtown San Diego. It was one of the best I’ve ever been part of, and everything flowed smoothly, despite downtown San Diego being a nightmare with a big Padres game that same time. It was elegant, inspiring, classy, with lots of moving parts. Christine always floated smoothly from place to place, helping guide us. She directed me where to set up, validated my parking (so key to avoid the $50 lot charge!) and let me do my thang. It was liberating to be entrusted and empowered like that! All the guests seemed to enjoy themselves and things stayed on schedule. Kudos to Christine and her team!
