What a fabulous way to spend two hours - in my home city! As a local it's so easy to forget what exists around Canberra and this tour was a great reminder. Our tour guide was fun and interesting, the location was easy to find and park, looking forward to trying the spies tour next.

I was lucky to go on a Badass tour with my colleagues, it was awesome. The stories of so many phenomenal women, told entertainingly and expertly by Elira, our guide were so captivating, we almost forgot it was raining. 10/10 recommend, no notes ?

I travelled five hours to Canberra just for She Shapes History walking tours. I was needing some time away from all my responsibilities and wanted to be inspired by other amazing women.

Sita is such a fabulous storyteller and I loved the extra stories she shared with the group depending on where we were from. She really made history fun and engaging!

The spies in the capital tour was fantastic ? Sita was super engaged and passionate while telling us the stories of women who made history in Australia. I absolutely loved the Spies in the Capital walking tour! Our guide Sita was engaging, funny and exceptionally knowledgeable; even my sister who has lived in Canberra for over 20 years was surprised by many of Sita's facts and anecdotes. I only wish I was staying in Canberra longer so I could do all three She Shapes History Walking tours. Thank you again Sita for helping us see Canberra and our government institutions from a fresh perspective.

Couldn't have asked for a more fun-filled, relaxed journey through the 'beats' of Canberra's recent queer history. Highly recommend - if you're a member of the pride community, or an ally to the community, you'll leave proud of some of the community-led ground-breaking history that's taken place on our doorstep.
