As a paying customer I was rather shocked at how unclean the seacliffe house was handed to us, the BBQ had rodent faeces on the plate and was not cleaned by whoever used it last. A complaint was made to unwind and a cleaner came to reclean the entire house, it took 3 hours and we sat outside in the heat for over an hour waiting after returning from our outing to find the cleaner still in attendance. We also skimmed the pool and started the dolphin which was full of slime and not working properly. We also cleaned the outdoor settings before we could use them, the yard was basically a weed bed with previous tenants dog faeces still scattered around, the firepit area was also in a poor state. For the price we paid we were left severely disappointed by how unwind responded to our query, we were basically asked to accept the issue or leave, very unhappy.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Booked 2 apartments next to each other for holiday with another family. 2 months before stay one apartment was 'sold' and we had to be relocated. Relocation was OK. Then 3 weeks before our stay again the new apartment was 'sold' and handover of propery was happening within a week so we could not stay. In either case there was no indication of sale anywhere online. Furthermore, settlement is usually a minimum of 30 days not a week, why were we not told earlier? Relocation accommodation offered was completely not suitable. Had to cancel, although we got refund our trip was ruined.

Fantastic apartment, well sized for large families, bedding comfortable, fantastic views, perfect location to maim street. Did have a few issues with the hot water, couldn't handle more than 2 showers at a time or one bath, but we learnt to give it an hour to heat back up, when we had time...so split showers or have luke warm/cool showers. Did report which was responded to quickly but never followed up on. Then we discovered the washing machine was leaking oil or something and stained a number of our clothes. Reported straight away. Someone came to run a clean wash through and told us to try that, we did and ruined some more clothes. We have sinced emailed photos and sent a number of requests for follow up but it appears we are now being ignored. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Terrible management. We certainly won't be back to any Unwind properties nor recommending to anyone

I did book 5 nights in Little Beach Break in Victor Harbour. The location was absolutely stunning, directly at the beach. The unit or better the cleanliness of the unit wasn't that good. For a price of $ 150 per night it didn't even had Austar tv nor did it had an electric blanket and it was freezing. The provisions for daily breakfast were opened jars of jam and margarine which contained bits in it. Very unhygienic indeed.

I have stayed several times at Gallery 13 and find it to be amazing value for the luxury, space and provisons offered.
The view is so relaxing and the location so convenient. The personal touches of breakfast provisions, wine and chocolates far exceed the basic accomodation offerred by hotels and motels. Highly recommended.
