Jess had arranged all international flights; a 21 day tour throughout Spain, Portugal & Morocco; accommodation & transport throughout various cities in Spain; Crete & Naxos.

Jess is an AMAZING travel agent. She helped us plan our entire 2.5 week holiday to Japan for the ski season. She thought about things we hadn't even considered yet such as insurance and equipment hire and transit bookings. She really is all over it, it saved us so much time. Jess made it easy to book a recent family holiday, went through lots of options and gave support during the whole journey.

Jess provides great insight to places and her ability to offer different solutions that the 'average punter' doesn't get access too just makes it even better.

She is also there to support during your holiday which is key benefit of using her services. I rang her with a query and she was able to remedy the situation ASAP, leaving me to carry on with the family holiday.
