So, so disappointing!! What happened to kind honest people?! Our family lost hundreds when our trip was cancelled, as Connie refused to refund the full amount. Despite the airline refunding her the full amount and not charging any fees, we followed up with the airline who regrettably informed us we had to go through our agent. Having travelled without an agent since, we have not experienced any difficulties or additional expenses.
Do it yourself and save yourself the time and stress!
