Could not recommend Travel Extra and Marcelo highly enough! We thought we had done all the hard work by planning our own 6 week family European holiday before getting quotes from agents - while other agents just quoted our own itinerary, Marcelo was the only one that invited us into his office, sat us down, and 3 hours later we had a new itinerary that actually worked. Places we visited, length of stay at each city, hotel options and mode of transport were all discussed. He planned a perfect holiday, and honestly, I can not fault one aspect of it.
