This is the first time I've used flatbeds & after my experience I'm pretty sure I'll be using them again. Our travel agent Jess has been fabulous, she's friendly , prompt, answers any questions quickly & easily & has been a pleasure to deal with. the deal she got us flying with Oman Air was outstanding & even though its 10months away I know shes there if we need her, only a phone call away. I had many questions and requested many changes to my flight options - Erin Barnes was so patient and helpful providing me with the confidence that she was listening and understood my needs. After researching business class fears to Europe on the established sites I decided to look at Flat Beds to see what offers they may have. Sarah promptly responded to my enquiry and assisted me with an itinerary that got me where I wanted to go on time with much reduced cost as compared to other websites. Lay flat business class seats with Singapore airlines and Lufthansa airlines and access to all the business class lounges at a fantastic price. We can’t wait to fly out next year. So far all the service we have experienced with Flat Beds and Sarah has been excellent.

I had never heard of this company before but after looking at reviews and doing a little digging I'm sitting here with tickets for our fairly complex flights next year at, I might add, an extremely good price.
Alex handled it all with ease and much patience as we had a LOT of questions.
So far so good, to this point in our journey I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flatbeds. Excellent service, very good prices.
Fingers crossed that this flows through to the rest of the trip next year.

Excellent service and great deals. Michelle found us very good business class flights to Europe for a great price. She was very informative about options and was a delight to work with. Sarah helped us with a river cruise and small ship cruise in Croatia. I had already done a lot of research but Sarah provided some better choices which we accepted. Also excellent to deal with.
