Absolutely a brilliant travel agency. Amy has now booked 3 of our annual getaways and i wouldn't go anywhere else! Her knowledge on every destination is so expansive that we leave the full itinerary design up to her! Amys attention to detail with the entire planning process is unflawed, from insurance and logistics to meal options, activities to suited accommodation, Amy doesn't just look at "where we want to go" she looks at eveything that would be suited to our family and our travel wishes! Appointment on time.
I have now experienced the Ash Cutting travel package.
Ash was on top of every need i had in organising a complex trip. From booking brilliant accommodation, rail transport, flght bookings and yes the unexpected retrieval home after an insurance claim. Even once home she supported us with claims and refunds.
