Call centre agent was rude and dismissive, put me on hold when I was trying to explain a booking issue without any prior notice or warning. Did not resolve my issue or give any sound advice on how to resolve this issue as she was not listening to customers at all. Incompetent.

First consultation was great, but I suspect only because payment was made and commission was earned...cha ching. Service and communication all but ceased from that point. Difficulties in contacting the agent were significant; constant Out of Office email responses, delay of 1-2 weeks sometimes with replying to emails and not to mention the numerous calls to the office trying to follow up with little effort to actually call back. One of my internal flights was changed 6 times by the airline, I had to email the agent multiple times for an updated itinerary. Oh and who could forget the lack of e-ticket that wasn't provided, or the FC travel envelope that I'd always been given when booking previously in other stores. Service was sub-par! I emailed again 8 days before my flight back to Australia to ask about an upgrade and still haven't received any response not to my enquiry nor to apologise for the delay and lack of professionalism in not providing a response, its been over 2 weeks. To any potential customers reading this, take your money elsewhere, and Tyson do better mate; reputation and word of mouth is key! Good luck!

After signing a Europe-return plan with a staff member, he pretty quickly became unavailable despite the statement he made that "i will continually support you. I am your contact person for any issues".

I have never dealt with any staff in FC like this in the last 20 years in other FCs in different suburbs. Will never come here again.

Probably the worst possible experience I have ever had dealing with a flight planner. The person I was dealing with made me feel strange and belittled. I have travelled to over 30 countries and have dealt with several planners - this was BY FAR the worst possible experience I had. I would not recommend anyone face the same while dealing with them. They don't know what they are doing, and actually make the customer feel bad due to their ignorance of the plans.

I booked a flight to go to Bali/Europe/Dubai. On my way back one week earlier I asked if I could change my flight and could be given prices differences etc… never got an answer back from my agent I sent multiples emails. Then when I land in Dubai I called flight centre customer service to change the flight they try to charge me 700 dollars while online I could see it was another flight for 170 dollars I told them that then the agent lied to me saying I could not change with emirates directly just with them which it wasn’t true as I end up changing my flight online for just 170 instead of 700! Booking with flight centre was a terrible idea you pay more than online and you don’t get any support while travelling, useless service! Never again!
