Planning a wedding while juggling a busy schedule can be overwhelming, to say the least. Thankfully, the Sparrow team took all that stress off our shoulders, allowing us to truly relax in the lead-up to our special day. It was worth every dollar to avoid the stress and just enjoy our day!

Emma has a wealth of experience and this expertise shone through every step of the way, making us feel confident and at ease. She took time to understand our personalities, our relationship dynamics, and our families, which allowed her to customise and personalise the entire event to our unique tastes.

No detail was overlooked, no matter how small. The team’s meticulous attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our wedding was flawlessly executed. From the stunning venue setup to the exquisite floral arrangements, everything was picture-perfect.

Throughout the entire planning process, Emma was incredibly responsive, attentive, and proactive. She kept us informed, updated, and I loved the online platform we used. It kept my husband involved in the process and he had his own To Do list he had to tick off. Her professionalism and genuine care for her clients made us feel like we were her top priority.

We were ever so blessed to have Christie from Sparrow Weddings as our wedding planner.
Christie was so passionate about bringing our (my ?) vision to life. She pulled it off and it was even better than I could have imagined. I cried the happiest of tears when I saw our reception set up, I looked over at Christie and she was crying too ?
She genuinely wanted it to come together as perfectly as it did.
I enjoyed every moment of the planning process, I was made for it ? but even I had stressful moments where I needed Christie in my corner.
We had a dry-hire wedding and it was absolutely ESSENTIAL for us to have a coordinator. We could not have gotten through the day successfully without her.
Christie went above and beyond for us and worked so hard. We will forever be grateful to her and she has since become a lovely friend, we still check in with each other!
Another note, we had our initial consult with Emma who could not possibly be more fantastic. She offered us so much helpful advice from the beginning and was never pushy with a ‘sales’ attitude. She was so genuine and generous with sharing her knowledge.

We worked with Sparrow for our wedding on 2.12.23 and couldn’t have been happier. We opted for the Management package and were so thankful we did! We worked with Christie who was a dream- so professional, organised, reliable and positive. She asked so many great questions to get a sense of our vision, and then supported us to bring it to life.
We had a lot of ideas for our wedding that weren’t traditional, and found Sparrow to be totally onboard and never tried to suggest we follow any tradition we didn’t want. They were just super open to hearing what WE wanted and making that happen.
On the day she was an absolute God-send and meant that we could relax without having to ‘host’ or coordinate vendors etc. On the day we were disappointed by our bar vendor who hadn’t brought a corkscrew despite us having corked wine on the menu (don’t get me started ?) BUT Christie literally door knocked houses in North Adelaide around our venue until she found someone willing to loan us a corkscrew for the evening- if that’s not dedication & quick thinking, I don’t know what is.
Planning/coordination might seem like a place to cut costs, but honestly this was something we were SO glad we did to save us both so much stress in the lead up and on the day. This service was worth every cent and more!!
As two people working full-time it helped put the joy back into wedding planning rather than it just being a huge chore neither of us really had time for. It also saved us having to lob extra tasks onto friends and family members on the day-Christie & Tia had it all covered.
I recommend Sparrow to anyone planning a wedding (and already have to newly engaged friends) So worth it! You won’t regret it.

Emma was invaluable for our entire wedding planning process, and that was even with just the management package! Thanks to Emma, every single vendor was someone we knew we could rely on, the team had such great energy on the day, and as far as I am aware everything ran perfectly smoothly with no hiccups ? I'm sure that isn't true, but the fact that I didn't have to know about it was worth every penny. Emma and Tia put so much hard work into our day and made the vision come together better than I could have ever imagined, handling all of the communications with vendors in the lead up and leading to the least stressful wedding I have ever been a part of. Special shout out to Emma's dedication to hiding in the shadows for the perfect confetti shot ?

Planning a wedding is daunting for a reason - we quickly became overwhelmed with the choices and details and Emma was an absolute god send during this process. She made the planning enjoyable and stress-free - she did all the hard work and we got to pick out the fun stuff. If you are wondering whether you should hire a planner - DO IT! planning is essentially another full time job and can be so overwhelming if you don't have much time on your hands. The team at Sparrow are some of the best in the business - all so lovely and professional and will completely capture your vision.

We loved working with Christie from Sparrow Weddings for our wedding day! We chose to go with a wedding planner later on in our planning process as I realised a needed someone to help organize the flow of the day. Christie was perfect for the job!

The thing that impressed me most about Christie was that she advocated for me. I am not someone who speaks up for themselves, at one point I felt like I was not heard by a vendor and Christie spoke up on my behalf. She made our intentions for the day very clear I appreciated this so much.

I also know there were a few hiccups on the day of the wedding but Christie kept smiling and cheering us on that I had no idea of the background drama.

Not only does it feel like you have your own personal planner but also like you have your personal cheerleader. Christie also kept in touch post wedding which shows the kindness and love she has for her clients. I can't recommend Christie enough!!
