Therese honestly made our day ! We weren’t sure if we needed a event coordinator , but in the month before the wedding we got in touch with Therese . She was so helpful from the first phone conversation, and also was so flexible to tailor a package based on what we needed for the day .

In lead up , she contacted all of our suppliers and really importantly coordinated our DJ who needed some guidance on speaker/mic set up ! (I wouldn’t have had a clue if I had to speak to him.)

On the day itself she was so calm and organized . Therese made sure we were relaxed and always had a drink or snack ! She was just running around in the background making sure everything was exactly the way it should be . She had every detail under control . Even when I went to get my photos I got a small stain on it, she rushed out to get some wet wipes from the shops and got the stain removed .

She coordinated the music and the ceremony made sure everything was exactly what we wanted . Couldn’t say enough about how happy we were to have Therese apart of our special day, and don’t think it would have gone as well as it did without her there! Therese was absolutely fantastic. She took all of the stress away during the run up to the wedding by coordinating the various suppliers and venue, and importantly, allowed us to focus on the wedding on the day of rather than ensuring people showed up on time or were in the right spot. Therese also raised questions we hadn't considered or thought about, saving us major headaches and issues that would have arisen on our wedding day.

We’ve recently got hitched in a DIY venue and organised Therese-Marié Events as our on the day coordinator and boy did she work her magic to make sure our day was just how we imagined and more.

Therese is all of the things you’d hope in an on-the-day coordinator - she is warm, so so knowledgeable, calm, punctual and kept us and everyone else organised. I found it so helpful to have her in the weeks leading up to the wedding as we firmed up run sheet and organised all the last details, she was never far away when I messaged or phoned to bounce the million questions that I hadn’t thought of until then. Therese also took over contacting all the vendors in the final lead up to the big day to make sure everyone was across everything and the run sheet. All of our vendors commented on how organised, friendly and on top of everything she was.

On the day Therese truley made the vision we had come to life and exceeded our expectations entirely. We were blown away when we saw our ceremony and reception spaces! She worked so hard on the day coordinating our dream team from little huddles with the vendors to setting up ceremony and reception spaces to meeting me before I walked down the isle and coordinating our sparkler exit she was over it all and more than happy to help wherever needed. We honestly mean it when we say our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect because of all her hard work, everything went smoothly and Therese was a dream to work with.

If you were questioning if an event coordinator was for you when it comes to your wedding plans we would say go for it! We highly recommend Therese Marie, even our guests were commenting on how incredible she was and have actively recommended her to friends and family for their events. We are so grateful to have meant Therese and she will always be a fond memory from our big day.

Therese is our guardian angel! When our original wedding planner fell through we were lucky enough to secure Therese-Marie events for our date to do month of planning and coordination. She truly went above and beyond and anticipated our every need before we even knew we needed it. On top of her superior organization skills and her knowledge of events planning in Sydney CBD, she was also an absolute delight to deal with and made us feel so comfortable. She went above and beyond with so many of our requests and really outdid herself.
