I was looking to buy an osprey escapist 18 for both serious biking and day hiking, after hopelessly struggling with an online luggage shop, I really appreciate Seven Horizons’ excellent service! They are fast, professional and attentive. I got all the transaction docs timely and delivery information are up-to-date to track easily. Tim’s email came as an very thoughtful surprise, even if it might be standard for every customer, it shows how much effort they are put into the business. Best service and excellent prices! Can't recommend them enough.
I purchased the Nemo Hornet 1P tent for my dad to go camping this weekend. Tim was incredibly helpful and arranged to have it posted that day via express post. The tent arrived in Sydney the next day and I couldn't be happier.
A massive thank you to Tim for all your assistance, for arranging the express shipping and for such excellent customer service.

Just great, Tim and sevenhorizons team could not have been better. I ordered a Gregory baltoro pack, a 95 litre instead of a smaller size. After an email I received a phone call from Tim. The team could not have helped me more, I even tried the initial pack for fitment prior to returning as guided by Tim. The smaller pack cost less and Tim was able to provide store credit, I received some other small items to make my next hiking / fishing trip an easy one!! Thanks Tim and team, really happy ?

I bought a pair of Scarpa hiking boots online from Tim at Seven Horizons. Unfortunately they were slightly too small - my mistake in ordering. They were not worn and Tim happily and promptly exchanged them for the next size up. I just paid for the postage costs. It was an excellent customer service experience. Shopped here due to being the cheapest price for the item I was after. I was surprised to receive a personal email from Tim thanking me for my business and letting me know that they were there if I needed anything.

My item was posted with in a day and when it arrived, it had a hand written note again thanking me for using seven horizons.

Fast postage, cheapest prices and amazing customer service. How could you go wrong?

Fantastic service and great products! We went into Seven Horizons to purchase gear for a trek to Everest Base Camp in December 2018. Tim was exceptionally helpful in recommending particular products and tracking down items we needed. We were advised realistically as to what we definitely needed and what we didn't. Without Tim's assistance we would not have had the appropriate gear for the trek. The quality of the items purchased were outstanding. In particular the Patagonia Down Sweater Hoody was incredibly versatile and warm, whilst not allowing us to overheat. This jacket withstood -30. Moreover, the service was very fast which allowed us to exchange certain products for different sizes. Would highly recommend Seven Horizons!
