Called and spoke to an agent about a trip to Spain I wanted to book for me and my daughter, hoping to leave in 7-10 days. She took all the details and said she'd email some options and follow up by phone.

I didn't receive an email or call. Never heard from her or anyone, and that was about 3 weeks ago.

So I booked my own flights, hotel and transfers and we've since had a lovely week in Torremolinos.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR QUICK RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. (cant see how to add a comment After it, so updating my review.) To be fair, I didn't check my Spam though didn't see it in a quick scan this morning. However, the follow-up call would have highlighted if it had been sent but not seen. It's a shame because for years I've booked my own stuff, but this time was really keen to just pay a bit more so someone else could do the research as I had so much going on. I may try a travel agent again - we'll see. Thankfully, yes, we had a wonderful week away.

Had the door slammed in my face and locked literally just as we were pushing the door open. Closing times are clearly on the door and they were not yet supposed to be closing. Blonde lady looked me right in the eye as she was doing it. Wouldn’t dream of going back, likely had a lucky escape If there was anything to go by TUI Next Door are much friendlier!

Weve been customers of Hays and before that Bath travel for decades they have always been very helpful polite proffesional and friendly . Being a family owned local business makes a great difference , I cant rate them highly enough superb .
