Very straight forward booking holiday to the Philippines.
Bit surprised that they couldn't book me into specific hotels I asked for across the Philippines.
I thought they could do it but they only have certain hotels they book at.
Oh well seems like the internet isn't as powerful as we once thought lol.
Other than that Laura was great.
Will be booking again soon.

I engage with Flight Centre to consolidate my trips as it's a seamless process. Although, the first Girl I dealt with, Tahlia, she wasn't very helpful, incorrect details throughout the process & unanswered calls & emails. The second Girl I dealt with Laura, was very professional & fixed up all the mistakes made by Tahlia. She was always very happy & friendly throughout the process.

As much as we enjoyed our very first trip out of Australia. We were mistakenly informed that there was a baby sitters on board around the clock. We asked numerous times how to book it, then we were told to book them when you board the ship. We boarded the ship and they said there was no nannies. So our whole holiday we had our nearly two year old up at 3am every morning with no restaurants open. We couldn't go to most events held. It was great for the things we could do (like get engaged) but our money could have been spent on something a bit more to suit our priority at the time. I think we made it to a comedy show but one of us left every ten minutes to check on our son if we felt the baby monitor was not good enough.
The ship was smelly but was good for the price and for the experiences at the destinations.
