Kerrie was so helpful and knowledgeable about the cruise I wanted to go on. Kerrie found photos of the exact room which helped as we could see which obstructed view was least obstructed. We have been using the lovely Tracy at Ucango for a number of years now and have always found them resourceful, knowledgeable are responsive to our needs. Traveling with a disability can be very daunting and Tracy has made our trips easier and when changes needed to be made very quick in responding. Thank you Tracy, your a star!

Have been booking holidays with ucango travel and cruise for a number of years now, I find the staff are very friendly and helpful and happy and they no everything about holiday, if you want to book a cruise or a holiday go and have a chat to the girls they are the best and they know what they are talking about
