Tracy was empathetic, efficient and very understanding as our circumstances were so uncertain up until the week before we flew to France. She went the extra mile to ensure our bookings would work when we were to arrive late in a city, including contacting the hotel to double check. All of the bookings she made for us worked well. I booked flights and a tour last September and then the war began!I had already paid for the flights in full and a deposit on a tour.
Geoffrey Bouvier was so reassuring and professional moving us to a different tour and flights with minimum financial pain.This is the advantage of going to a travel agent.
I probably visited Bulimba Flight Centre over the last 6 months more often than most due to my travel plans needing to be fixed.Each time I received a friendly welcome from all the staff in a relaxed atmosphere.Geoffrey with his polished manners and French charm has been nothing short of brilliant.
