All ok but difficult to talk to a person who knows the actual vessel that was for charter until contacting the Marina. I needed to know more details about the seaworthiness after the last experience with Poor plumbing on a mono hull last time we chartered with Whitsunday Yacht Charters

Great trip. Southern Man was clean and well stocked. Soda stream was a nice bonus. Some extra shade on the back deck would be appreciated. Briefing was very thorough with practical experience on the water and we felt well supported by Mark and the team. Whitsundays is a beautiful destination. Surpassed our expectations. Snorkeling, walks a swim at Whitehaven beach were definite highlights, not to mention sailing with the engines turned off. . Would recommend Southern Man to all eager sailors. Some previous sailing experience would make your week easier , but not necessary. Veronica was an absolute delight.

Our family holiday on board Southern Man was fantastic. There was an easy booking experience and plenty of pre-charter information that helped us plan exactly what we needed. The initial briefing made us feel confident handling the boat with two adults. The weather was fortunately great and we went to a series of amazing locations that my boys loved snorkeling. Between the sailing, swimming with fish and seeing turtles, sting rays and all the coral they have voted this the best family holiday ever. We would love to do it again.

Ruby Sunday is a good boat that is well maintained, not only serviceable but safe and clean. The mechanicals and systems all operates perfectly. The headsail is due to be replaced, and probably has been by the next guest charter.
My ability to digest vast amounts of new information .. the crew briefing - I would prefer it in audio or video recording so we could listen to it again or search for specific info.

Every guest needs to know how to use the head (toilet) and shower, and wants to know how to synch their music by Bluetooth. Those instructions would be ideal via YouTube so that they don't have to be repeatedly explained .. and avoids misunderstanding and miscommunication.

A photo of the exact meeting place for we first-timers would be very helpful .. a marina is a big place to be wandering around looking for your boat.

Amazing experience! The Whitsunday's as so much to offer and we were lucky enough to explore the islands by a bareboat catamaran with Whitsundays Yacht Charters. Our contact Petal Ben was gave great guidance and advice to make the most of our experience despite the rain 🙂

Confirmed availability at 7pm at night, by 10am the next morning whilst again confirming to pay for the charter I get a call to say the boat was already sold on me, not very good service and management of booking system. Left me disappointed, didn't ask for a deposit at 7pm, credit card to hold nor a time limit to make the full payment. Seems they care more about sales than customer service. Wouldn't recommend, plenty of other agents available via google.
