The workers was awesome, but the atmosphere was not good. The A/C unit, was not keeping the guest comfortable. Some of the table clothes was dirty. Saturday was my 6th time coming to Regency and never experience what I experienced Saturday.

Food was not good ..both the BBQ and fried chicken was bland the BBQ was still pink and the fried was soft and had soggy skin shrimp pasta was blah dirty rice was mushy ... not a lot of room for parking trash all around the fence ..just need to do a cleanup before having an event

Loved it... Very nice set-up... Attended a fashion there tonight.. and it was awesome.. great atmosphere.. parking is kinda limited for the halls space.. but would again.. the ambiance is worth it..

My Aunt's 80th birthday party was here and although its not easy to do...I was impressed... and the staff was attentive and professional. I think that a negative experience is probably isolated, unfortunately you can't please everyone.

Mann whoever is over this venue is an complete joke. So basically this how it works. They have an Adult party package for one price right that comes with everything you need from tables, chairs, DJ and security. Now let say you asked to use this place for an wedding reception. The wedding reception package includes the exact same thing as the Adult party package but guess what, it's double the price. So I was curious to know what all the wedding package offers. I asked the guy what's the difference he said it's the opportunity to make more money regardless if they are the same package offers. Then he got upset when I asked if I can use my wedding planner products instead of the venue's. He was rude, unprofessional, and I honestly do not see what the good things are about his management skills. He even threw in the race card saying that if he was white I would just give him my money. I never met the guy to know he's BLACK. I live in Baton Rouge. I was wllling to use this place. I heard great things about the location, the staff, and the venue but he talked himself out of a deal simply because the manager wants to be arrogant.
