Fantastic bush camp, good price with nice facilities and fire pit with camp oven. Hot Air Balloons landing in the paddock every morning, which is great. Such a nice community. Highly recommend.

Excellent if you are self contained plenty of room.. Drop toilets water no power... Owner Dave is a great Aussie bushy...hot air balloons come over every morning sometimes even land in the paddock with you

A great open space to park up for a few days and enjoy the serenity. You don't get much for your money, but for $10 it is perfect. A huge open paddock, with a couple horses and cows wandering around. Nice change to all the huge stations we've visited previously and then got crammed into tiny sites smaller than caravan parks... Balloons would have been a bonus, but we missed them!

Plenty of room for your children to ride their bikes & play.
6klms from Mareeba.
NO dump point, one in Mareeba.
Walking track to Tinaroo Creek.
Very clean sites.
Hit air ballooning passes over this site most days at sunrise.
Highly recommend.

Ringers Rest in Mareeba is such a great location for a wedding! As a wedding photographer I noticed a lot of amazing places for photos around the property. I would definitely recommend this as a wedding venue if you’re considering a unique space with an outback feel ( All photos by Monica Kristin Photography )

What an absolute gem, park your s/c caravan for $10 p/n. Gather round the fire pit at night, owner Dave is such a great host and very interesting character. We were lucky enough to be there on a Sunday evening when Dave makes his Damper and entertained us with stories from his mustering days and bush lore! Quiet and peaceful, safely leave your van to explore!

Our family loved staying here! Unfortunately it was only 2 nights. If we had known how peaceful and stress free it was we would have planned to stay a lot longer. Dave goes above and beyond as the host/ owner and we can’t wait to go back. I would highly recommend others to stay here.

Don't come here if you have a dog we where here for 3 days then it went down hill the owner Dave is very nice and will help

Ps we felt like we were not expect there and someone dog attack ours by the fire but yet we were asked to leave and when I went to tell where you check in he wanted none of it then put us down for having 4 dogs saying I don't how you can do it
