What a ripper day out! Nature enthusiasts will love this experience. Sean encourages a respectful quiet approach to observing marine life from the kayaks. As a result, we were able to get precious close encounters with whales passing Double Island point. Turtles over the reefs near flat rock. We paddled side by side pods of dolphins as they arched and dipped in unison. Sean has deep experience of this area and was able to set us up with the best possible chance of seeing these wonderful creatures in the wild. Memories will be locked in your heart forever.

We had the most epic day today. Thank you to Sean for a day of stunning weather, a fantastic and informative drive out to Double Is Point and the best kayak experience seeing multiple sightings of dolphins and whales! Highly recommend this awesome experience!

An amazing experience! Multiple pods of dolphins swam right by us! And we got to see whales and turtles and a manta ray. But even if we hadn’t, being out on the water in such a naturally beautiful spot was glorious. Sean was a superstar guide — really informative and friendly. Also got a great view of the coloured sands 4W driving along the beach. Totally worth it, a really fun tour, and would love to do it again.

This was an amazing experience! From the drive around the beach looking at the rainbow colours in the cliff face to the paddle out, spotting not only multiple pods dolphins on the dolphin tour but we also managed to see massive manta rays cruising under our kayaks, turtles chilling in the clear water, armies of soldier crabs marching along the beach. To top it off as this wasn’t enough, a couple of humpback whales breaching at the end!!!! What a trip! Being in the safe but also knowledgeable hands of Rainbow Beach local, Sean who was so passionate about the area it felt more like he was showing a group of mates around rather than a tour. Can definitely highly recommend it 5 stars thanks guys ?

A fantastic experience with a brilliant guide.

Myself and my partner did the $80 kayak + 4x4 experience and had a great time. Unfortunately there was some tree debris on the beach so we couldn't drive along the seafront but went through the forest track instead. Our guide and driver Sean made sure the journey was as smooth as possible.

The kayaking was great, we were quite a small group and were therefore quite agile which meant we could keep up with a small pod of dolphins with a calf.

We also caught sight of a whale in the distance. A sea turtle did pop its head up at one point.

Sean was kind enough to record the dolphins and send us some footage and photos of us on the water.

All in all a great experience, would recommend!

We had an amazing time on the Rainbow Beach Dolphin View Kayak Experience. Sean and his team of Luke and Andre were so friendly and knowledgeable. Great fun driving along the beach and then we got to see a pod of dolphins within 15-20 mins of getting in the water - truly unforgettable!

This compay is awesome. Sean is such a nice guy. I have gone on various different experiences with Epic Ocean Adventures Rainbow Beach Tours. My favourite are the dolphin kayaking and the most amazing surfing spot! The most perfect right hand wave with constant long waves to ride and perfect your surfing style.

Both activities start with a 4x4 experience along the beach where Sean and his team talk and inform you all about the beach and the different sand/rick that gives rainbow its name. The activities take place at double island point and all my friends agreed it’s such a beautiful place and really is a must do when you visit Rainbow beach.

This company deserves a 10/10 and I would recommend anyone to go. I have been surfing for a long time and these were some of if not the best waves I have surfed and I was even lucky enough to have a turtle join me on my surf too! Don’t miss this, book asap!

The dolphin kayaking is a must-do experience for anyone visiting Rainbow Beach. Sean and his crew were truly brilliant - everyone had a fantastic time despite varying kayaking experience and we all got to see wild dolphins up close. Would go again in a heart beat!
