I booked my flights to Europe through Helloworld Gympie. While on holiday (towards the end) I broke my ankle walking down a beautiful garden path in Tuscany (note to self- beware of mossy paths). So with moon boot, crutches etc, Felicity from Helloworld took me under her wing and has looked after me above and beyond. Felicity responded to my emails, almost immediately. I felt I had her undivided attention 24hrs. I thank her sincerely for this and will not hesitate to use Helloworld Gympie again.

After searching for a good and reliable travel agent, i finally found a great travel agent in Tim at Helloworld Gympie, he has been so helpful to all of 6 of our group. We all had different requirements, questions and concerns & Tim dealt with all of us patiently & even offered other suggestions to help make our travel experiences more streamline. We have been most happy with his service & vast knowledge in this industry. When he says he will call you back with an answer shortly, he actually does what he says...GOOD JOB TIM! Went to this store this week and was barely acknowledged by the girl at the front desk as she was too busy on her mobile phone. I asked for flights to Rome and she didn’t even know what country Rome was in. I looked to the other girl sitting at the back and again she was also too busy on her mobile phone. Why employ people in a customer service role if they don’t want to attend to customers. And fancy being a “travel agent” who doesn’t even know where Rome is. Save yourself time and energy and see the lovely girls at Easy Travel and Cruise in Mary Street.

Have emailed and called this store multiple times to make an appointment for a Saturday. No returned calls. I leave work early to go in store to book our Europe holiday and I am not even acknowledged when I walk in. I walk around browsing the catalogues and the young girl completely ignores me. Another “customer” walks in and sits straight down at her desk and they start having a conversation about what time he is finishing work. I’m assuming this “customer” is her friend/boyfriend. He finally gets up and leaves and she turns to me and says “do you need something?”. I politely declined her offer for help and left the store. I then travelled to Flight Centre on the Coast and they completely sorted my entire travel plans without a hassle.
