I had the pleasure of having Mandi from ivy&bleu as my wedding planner, and I cannot recommend her enough! Mandi is a consummate professional, skilled in every aspect of wedding planning—from design and floral arrangements to coordinating transportation and managing suppliers. Her ability to foresee and handle all details is truly remarkable.

One of the most touching moments was during our wedding day, when it began raining heavily around the ceremony time. Despite the challenging weather, Mandi, dressed elegantly in a beautiful blue dress, was unflappable. She swiftly organized backup plans, managing everything in the rain with such grace and dedication. Watching from the shelter of the restaurant, I felt incredibly fortunate to have chosen her and her team.

Thankfully, the rain stopped after about 15 minutes, and our wedding proceeded perfectly, just as Mandi had planned. The reception was even more magical, thanks to her thoughtful selection of AV and entertainment suppliers, 'AV Idea'. The evening was a dream come true, complete with blue flowers, live bands, ballet dancers, and champagne—all seamlessly orchestrated by Mandi.

I can't express how amazing it was having Mandi from Ivy & Blue as my wedding planner for my big day. From the moment I met her we got along straight away and she knew my vision and what I wanted. Every meeting leading up and the 100's of emails that was sent everyone from the team were incredible to deal with and no request was too much.

From our amazing flower arrangements, to all the plates, napkins glassware and everything else she organised there was no detail spared. She only recommended the vendors she knew I would love and were the vibes I was going for so there was no need to go through so many people as she hand selected the few she knew I would love. She helped me stay in budget and let me know where I should put more money into elements or cut costs from her long experience in the industry.

The main point I do need to make is a few days before the wedding the forecast was showing 100% rain for the day with 40+ mm so I was very nervous as the venues wet weather option would not fit my guest amount. Mandi called me 2 days before telling me not to stress and that was on the hunt for a marquee for the ceremony that could fit everyone and it turned out beautiful.

The day turned out amazing and none of this could have been done without Mandi and her amazing team. I can't recommend them enough xx

Ivy & Bleu made our wedding day spectacular. The flowers and table arrangements were just beautiful and exactly what my vibe was for the day.
The fact that I didn’t have to do anything to set up or down for our wedding day was definitely such a bonus and allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. The special touch of the girls coming back at the end of the night to rearrange the flowers into bunches for the guests to take home was just beautiful.

My oh my, I wanted to write a review before I got married because I was so impressed by Ivy and Bleu but I waited until after my wedding day to see months of planning and expertise come alive and they did not disappoint. Mandi and her team truly went and above and beyond and my whole wedding planning experience and day was truly stress free thanks to her. When anyone told us no, Mandi always said yes. Her talent, drive and get sh** done attitude was truly priceless and we knew from the start she was the best investment of our wedding. Her hire items and florals are to die for and fit my vision perfectly.
