Our Wedding day was a dream come true!!

We originally looked at getting married at the Bower Estate (Sister company to Kwila Lodge) and then were invited on site to view Kwila during the early stages of their Renovations. From day one - Amanda was helpful, supportive and extremely accomodating for what we were looking for. After much research and exploration, we knew that Kwila Lodge was the venue for us. We wanted a venue that felt homely, surrounded by nature and that also accommodated room for our intended 100 guests. We felt confident knowing that it had an under-covered ceremony area, as a back up if it rained (and it did slightly).

Leading up to our big day, Steph (our event coordinator) did an incredible job at keeping us informed, supported, and valued. On our Wedding day, she was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our dream wedding - a reality. Thank you Steph, and for everyone else at Kwila involved.

We would highly recommend to couples who are in the planning stages of picking a venue!

Our wedding at Kwila Lodge was absolutely perfect, and we can't thank the team enough! From start to finish, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. The quality of the food was exceptional – every dish was beautifully prepared and delicious, leaving our guests raving about it.

A special shoutout to Steph, the event coordinator, who went above and beyond to ensure our day ran smoothly. Her help was invaluable, and her friendly, helpful nature made the whole process so much easier. The staff were all incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel like the most important people in the world.

The venue itself was stunning, and every corner provided a fantastic backdrop for our photos. The setting was nothing short of perfection, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to celebrate our special day.

We genuinely couldn’t have done it without the Kwila Lodge team. Thank you all for making our wedding day so magical and memorable!

We had our wedding at Kwila Lodge and we could not be happier!! The team made the whole planning process so easy and on the day was no different - it was exactly how we imagined and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. Steph was an absolute superstar, she was so great to work with and managed the day with ease.

All of our guests haven’t stopped raving about the venue, the food, the staff, all of it! The venue really is stunning and the perfect backdrop for our wedding photos - we are in love with them all. Also the great lodge and villas are beautiful, we could have stayed there for a week!

Highly recommended Kwila Lodge for weddings. We had wet day for ours, and Steph (Kwila's inhouse coordinator) couldn't have been more helpful, she made the day seamless and we're truly appreciative of the consideration and effort she put into the day. Steph even went so far as to check the weather radar at one point (which saved us from doing the champagne tower under a sudden burst of heavy rain). As far as the venue goes, it has great options for ceremony and reception (both for dry and wet weather) as well as accommodation on site which was a life saver for us on the day.

From beginning to end we had the most incredible experience with Kwila Lodge. As soon as we saw it we knew we wanted it to be our place! The venue is beautiful, the whole process was smooth and meaningful. The staff were so obliging, friendly and professional. The drinks and food....phenomenal. We woke up just wishing we'd been able to fit in more Moreton bay bug angelotti !!

A special thank you to Steph, who is incredible at her job. Steph made us feel fully supported in the lead up and completely at ease on the day!!

We got married on the 10th June 2024 and it was THE BEST EVER! Kwila Lodge was the most beautiful veune - we used The Manor, gradens and Great Lodge! The service and staff was fantastic and very attentive! and we got about 100 compliements on the feasting menu - all our guests loved it!
We truly had the best day and would highly recommend to anyone considering this beautiful venue for their wedding day!
