We had the most spectacular wedding day and we have Drew and the White Stag staff to thank for that. Every meeting and conversation with Drew in the lead up to our wedding helped to calm my nerves and make me feel like I had everything under control. Then on the day he made sure everything ran smoothly, he kept everything running on time all while making sure that Lyall and I had everything we needed. From the moment he arrived until every last guest left, he was working and making sure everything was perfect. The bar staff were also fantastic and extremely professional. We are so thankful for Drew and the incredible work he did both before and on our special day. No job was too big or too small for Drew, he did anything we asked to help make our day the best that it could be!

Our wedding day was blessed with gale force winds which meant having to change a few things around. But Drew made sure the day was so seamless that we hardly even noticed! Everything from the lead up to the wedding and checking in to make sure we had everything under control made us feel like we where in good hands. Not only did Drew tackle a few sheets and table cloths on the day, but he even offered to use one of our hand held video cameras we had for guest to capture content! We can't thank you enough, and are very happy we chose you are our coordinator.

Drew and The White Stag team helped co-ordinate our wedding. Simply put, they were a godsend. The effort Drew put in to making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible was phenomenal. They kept us calm throughout the events (despite some possible bad weather). All ran on time and he even stepped up to help when one of the other vendors was overwhelmed.

Would highly recommend hiring Drew as a wedding co-ordinator. He was open to problem solving with us when we told him we'll be having a few events due to it being a mixed culture wedding. He shared his vendor list / resources with us and answered our many questions lead up to the wedding.

We had two days of celebrations. Turmeric & henna ceremony on the Friday. Sikh wedding, Western wedding and reception on the Saturday. On both days, Drew was there making sure all was going to our plan. We trusted that he'd get any hiccups sorted and he did. This allowed us to be present and enjoy of celebrations.

Wedding celebrations couldn't have gone as smooth as they did without The White Stag team. Not only were they incredible to work with, but the kindness and thoughtfulness that Drew and his team brought was exceptional. Thank you for your hard working and helping us enjoy our big day! ?❤️

Drew & the team at The White Stag were amazing on our wedding day! We had them handle bar service as well as on the day coordination. They were approachable in the lead up to the wedding, helpful in providing advice and attentive on the day. Drew’s coordination on the day took any stress away from us & our bridal party. The whole team were a pleasure to work with - would highly recommend!

Drew and the team at The White Stag are true professionals committed to not only the guests they’re supporting but other professionals working alongside them. They are across all the details but are stealthy in their service delivery so the flow of the day is seamless and guests can truly let their hair down and relax with everything having been taken care of. Phenomenal on-the-day wedding coordination and bar staff encouraging teamwork and couple-centred service - I’d recommend them to all of my couples who want to leave it a team you can trust to make your event magical.

If only 6 stars was an option ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ These guys are incredible and such an asset to your wedding day ! As a fellow vendor of theirs for a recent wedding we did together at Maroon Hill Estate , the communication throughout the whole day to ensure everything ran smoothly between us was next level. Being a photographer and wanting to make sure you are fully prepared for every important moment of their day, Drew was constantly keeping me informed with what was going on and if any positional changes needed to be made for 'the shot'. I genuinely have him to thank for some of the epic shots from Megan & Lyall's day! Couldn't recommend this team more and I can't wait to work with them again!! ?

I honestly can’t thank Mick enough and the whole white stag team for all the help and assistance they gave us ! They were so helpful in every way. Mick and his team stepped in to help us a little later in the game but they got the ball rolling and honestly I don’t believe the day would have been as wonderful or as amazing as it was without them.

We cannot recommend the White Stag enough!!!!

Drew made our vision come to life. He helped with every aspect of the day and made it so easy.

So professional and friendly, we trusted his expert opinion entirely.

A week prior to our wedding, extreme weather threatened to ruin our special day. Drew was incredible in finding solutions and took the stress out of the whole process.

We also hired the mobile bar. This was so beautiful and added such sophistication to the day, it was the perfect addition.

We feel so lucky to have had The White Stag a part of our wedding.
