I purchased a Vacuum Packing machine ORVED ECOVAC end of May 20. Made in Italy, cost $ 304.10 from Reward Hospitality. Was used first time Feb last year vac packing about 30 bags. Wanted to used it again a few days ago and is not working. No vacuum. The best Reward Hospitality could do, "Sorry it's out of warranty". Their own comments, the machine looks like new etc. you take good care of it. The only recommendation was a local appliance repairer could do something. Seeing the repairer; his respond, we stopped repairing appliances a year ago. The help from Reward was so to say zero, therefore think twice before you use "Reward Hospitality"

Good value prices, if you can actually purchase them. Tried several times to grab items on way home from work at 4:50pm, but always closed. Advised by phone this afternoon, as I was standing outside the signed operating hours of 5pm, that the company actually closes at 4:55pm and not the signed 5pm.
