Danielle was such a help on our wedding day! Our venue was up a dirt road, set back in the mountains and she willingly drove the truck up by herself and set-up the entire venue perfectly! Throughout the day she helped everyone stay on the timeline but also made sure we were soaking in each minute. She coordinated with all our vendors making the day a breeze for me as the bride. I had nothing to worry about the entire day and she played a huge role in that! I would highly recommend her!

It was great being around a planner that genuinely cared for you and your event, and enthusiastically made you feel reassured that everything will work out and go according to plan. Danielle at Muse Events was a true gift for our wedding weekend, and we are SO grateful we found her. Because we were planning a four day wedding weekend, with 12 different events, there were many details to manage. We hired Danielle to manage an all-white attire croquet party with hors d'oeuvres, our entire rehearsal dinner for 200 people, schtick aka a talent show with a sound system, bon-fire, drinks for all, and s'mores, and a slideshow presentation.

Danielle thought of so many details that we would have missed, such as cute entry chalk boards, matching table cloths for our rental tables, tent rentals, and the likes. She even helped us secure a private caterer for a very reasonable price.

She is kind, grounded, very detail oriented, and extremely good at what she does. She is worth every penny, as she goes above and beyond for her customers.

Danielle was day of (month of) wedding planner for our daughter's wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch in June 2023. She was absolutely amazing to work with! We would highly recommend Danielle to anyone seeking a planner. She is calm, cool, collected, very organized and has done many weddings at Spruce Mountain Ranch, so she was familiar with the venue. We took many decorations to the "rehearsal" the day before and she put everything in her car so we did not have to deal with it the day of the wedding. It was so nice to have the event run smoothly and not have to worry about anything!

Having Danielle at Muse Events plan our wedding was honestly the best decision that we made in the entire wedding planning process. We hired Danielle as a full service wedding planner. We were planning our wedding from out of state and relied heavily on Danielle's expertise and connections in the area. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Danielle made sure that the process was fun and never too overwhelming. My husband and I aren't the most organized people, and she helped us stay organized and on track with the many details that come with wedding planning. It seemed as though every time we talked to Danielle, a weight was lifted off of our shoulders as Danielle routinely reminded us that we were "on track." She was especially good at making the wedding process easy to fit in with the rest of our busy day to day life.
She connected us with vendors that fit our vision and helped us negotiate and manage those contracts. She even helped us tour different venues when we visited Colorado for quick weekends to find our perfect location. Her expertise and knowledge of the venue and vendors helped us get as much as we could out of our budget.

The end result was our dream wedding day. As soon as I walked in to the venue space, I could see that every tiny detail that we had discussed was perfectly executed. It felt like walking into my exact vision of what I always hoped my wedding would be. We were just able to enjoy the celebration without any concerns - largely in part to Danielle's hands on management of the event.

I highly recommend Muse Events to plan any wedding. Danielle is able to take your personal vision of your wedding and make it a reality; and, at least in our case, was able to save us more money overall than we would have been able to without her.

I worked with Danielle and Sarah for month of/day of coordination for my July 2018 wedding, and they were both incredible! I couldn't have pulled it off without them. I met initially with Danielle, and she put me at ease during our first meeting the way she handled and organized all of my wedding details. She was very responsive the month prior to the wedding, and answered and questions/requests that I had. She communicated with all of my vendors and created a day of timeline for me, which was extremely helpful. She came to our rehearsal and worked with our officiant to make sure everything ran smoothly. On my wedding day, both she and Sarah worked non-stop to make sure the day was amazing. Halfway through, Danielle had to leave due to an emergency, but Sarah stayed and made sure everything was perfect. She was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Muse Events!

Thank God for Muse Events! I hired Muse for day of wedding coordination and I'm so happy that I did. About a month before our wedding I met with Danielle to go over all my vendors and plans for the wedding as well as our biggest concerns for the big day. She took meticulous notes and then took over from there. She called and confirmed all our vendors, made a day of timeline and helped me make sure everything was ready. The day of the wedding is really when I needed them most. In my eyes the day went off without a hitch and everything felt like it went so smoothly. It was only after the wedding that I found out there were multiple issues that were directly taken care of by Danielle without ever needing to worry me. She had heard me when I had let her know my worries and then that day of she made sure that it was all taken care of, I'm so happy she was there to be my advocate so that I could just enjoy our wedding without any worries. I can't rave enough about their professionalism and attention to detail. Even though I only used them for wedding day of coordination I would definitely recommend them for all event planning needs.

I decided to use Muse Events due to being highly rated and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Danielle was my day-of Coordinator and was beyond happy with the service she provided!! She was prepared, professional, and knowledgeable...and above all, she took care of everything perfectly. Although she was providing day-of services, she reached out several times along the wedding planning process and answered all my emails promptly. I would highly recommend using Muse Events; they are a GREAT value for the service you receive. I had zero issues on my wedding day thanks to Danielle... if there were any problems, I was not aware, and that was priceless . My wedding was completely perfect thanks to Danielle 🙂 🙂
