Book direct with the tour. DO NOT BOOK VIA MR TRAVEL. Our tour was cancelled by the operator and in the FINE PRINT was note of a 20% fee cancellation fee if you can't be rebooked or are willing to accept a voucher for a future trip.

Amazing experience dealing with them. Fergus explained all of our options in depth for our time in Airlie and found us some tours that were still avialable - not easy when you're travelling with 6 and its school holidays! He even has given us advice for our roadtrip back to Brisbane! Absolute legend

Do not book with them! They cancel for no good reason and then refuse to give you a full refund. If you make the mistake of not reading the reviews beforehand (as we did), make sure you keep a paper trail and get your bank involved asap.
