My flight arrangements changed and had to cancel one leg of flights. We gave over 2 weeks notice. We charged an additional $230 to cancel the flight and lost the cost of the flight. Airline blamed the travel agent and the travel agent blamed the airline. We employed the travel agent to deal with these issues. Will think not using them in the future
