These guys are just wonderful and know lots of travel tips and tricks! I booked a trip to Uluru with Travel Associates and the whole booking process was a breeze. The lady even called me up personally while I was in Uluru to tell me that my tour had been rescheduled and to inform me of the new time. You do not get service like that at many businesses these days!

My name is Peter Logan and my wife Lea and I were extremely happy with the service provided by the City office of Travel Associates and, in particular, the excellent work undertaken by Hayley Wiegand of that office.
We encountered various difficulties, particularly, with our planned trip to Hong Kong that needed to be cancelled because of the unrest and Hayley handled all of that competently and efficiently.
Hayley also assisted us with our insurance claim arising out of the monies that we lost from the Hong Kong portion of the planned holiday.
Overall, we again want to complement Hayley on her work and if we travel again, we will return to seek guidance from her.
