Alicia from North Queensland Tours is extremely knowledgeable in the local area. Alicia sorted out a weekend getaway for my husband and I to Magnetic Island. She advised us of all the secluded beaches and gave us some good recommendations in relation to restaurants and activities on the island. She took away our the stress of us having to book the car ferry and our accommodation and even got us discounts by booking through her business. We would highly recommend North Queensland Tours to all locals and visitors to Townsville!

Alicia makes booking our trips to Maggie so much easier. We receive nothing but friendly and professional service every time. Could not recommend Alicia from North Queensland Tours enough!! I contacted Alicia to let her know, I was taking my hubby to Airlie Beach for his birthday, and that I wanted to take him Whitehaven Beach. Alicia planned everything for me with Ocean Rafting Tours and it all ran super smoothly we just turned up and hopped on the boat, she made it so easy for me. I will definitely be going to Alicia again for all future tours.

If you're looking for someone to take the stress out of booking a North Queensland getaway, then Alicia from North Queensland Tours is who you need. I wanted to organise a surprise getaway for my family on Magnetic Island and she did everything for me. I didn't have to pay extra for her service and everything was taken care of. I gave her guidance into how long we wanted to go and gave her ideas of the activities we wanted to do and she delivered. As we have been to the island several times we wanted to explore different activities and she organised a half day cruise with Big Mama Sailing for us. Her suggestion of this cruise exceeded our expectations and we experienced 'Magic on Magnetic' She's passionate, dedicated, bubbly and is very knowledgeable when it comes to exploring 'Our Backyard'.

Alicia is truely amazing! She knows so much about everything there is to do and is able to get you the best prices. Helped me book a Fitzroy Island trip with the best guide, a scuba trip to Yongala (the best dive site in Aus), and a Whitsundays cruise (with only 4 days notice!!).
