We’re currently on the last leg of our European holiday and couldn’t be happier with the service that Nicole provided in planning our trip. I contacted Helloworld Burpengary about six months ago, advised where we’d like to go, how we’d prefer to travel and approximately when. Nicole provided different options, destinations and quotes. We decided on a Rhine Cruise with extra days in Paris and Prague and Nicole did the rest. We had to do absolutely nothing apart from provide passports, documentation and payment. Our trip thus far has been phenomenal. Nicole provided excellent customer service, kept us up to date with any changes and has been a God send. I have no hesitation in recommending Nicole if you’re looking at planning to travel and we will be booking our next holiday through her. Thanks so much for everything Nicole, you’ve been amazing. You would get top marks if Tim didn’t keep eavesdropping and interrupting. Have confidence in your fellow staff members! I find your behaviour very rude and disconcerting - butt out or I will find somewhere else to organise my travel plans!
And Helloworld Burpengary’s reputation will improve - maybe separate booths should be placed in your office!

Tim the owner is a rude abrupt customer service representative. Went in looking for assistance with a trip. Once I got a verbal half arsed quote, and mentioned it out of my price range. His response was “ I should have asked you that before I started “

Avoid and head to North Lakes and use Flight Centre. Goodbye World couldn’t give a stuff.

Totally shocked at the level of abruptness and rudeness from the male agent there I just spoke to. A friend who used to be high up in Hello World told me to reach out to them today to help me book my flight as he said it’s always better to go through an agent when traveling. He also said they can help take the pressure off me in finding a specific seat I need on the plane. So that’s what I did and I was passed over to some guy who was BEYOND abrupt and said ‘what makes you think we will make any difference in booking you that seat? I don’t know how to get you that seat I’ve never done it before and you’ll also have to pay $165, we don’t just do it for you..’ It’s an exit row seat… really So I said ‘ok I guess I just thought it was better to go through an agent, I lll do it myself.’ Him- ‘do you want me to look or not?’

I’m fairly late with this review because i keep forgetting to do it.

I was dealing with HWT in Burpengary during the lockdown times before mid year in Queensland.

The biggest annoyance in the whole thing was that which Tim had to tolerate with me coming in and asking numerous different questions which were being relayed from the traveler as time zones didn’t allow for direct contact. While I could understand his frustration at times, he kept his cool and continued to provide excellent service.

I’d definitely recommend them and will travel with them again (although while providing less grief for them to deal with).

Went into Helloworld Burpengary, the gentleman we spoke to was the most condescending person I’ve spoken to in some time. Common response to my questions “the computer wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t possible “
Never heard of being charged for a quote from a travel agent before
Won’t be back and definitely don’t recommend

Great people here at helloworld Burpengary! Excellent customer service, knowledge and follow up. Made our holiday experience the best it could be. Will be coming back to organise our next trip soon. Takes the stress out of planning and organising a holiday. Would never bother doing it on my own again after been looked after here at helloworld Burpengary.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the "Manager", Tim. Rude, obnoxious, arrogant, condescending and patronising towards me in front of my children.
Such a shame when his colleague, Madeline, was so helpful.
Gladly took my money elsewhere.
